General Comments
Abbey are a truly awful bank! I had for about 1 year of using them a semi-alright experience, but I have recently started a new job as a apprentice and have admitedly gone over my overdraft a few times, but have since ammended this and don't but as soon as money goes into my account they just take it claiming false bank charges so I have to ring atleast once a week to get back and guaranteed every week I prove them wrong just for them to have to pay me my money back! Aswell as this the staff at the call centres are absolutely useless and in branch they just seem to not care. I hate Abbey and am currently in the process of changing accounts, I reccomend anyone that is looking to bank with abbey stay well away!
