General Comments

Avoid Hiper Car Hire Majorca. As others in this page, I prebooked and prepaid my rental in advance and had to wait more than an hour in their offices waiting for my car with my wife and 10-month daughter. No A/C or water provided. When complained all I got was a shrug from the clerk, who told me that they were cleaning the cars. I then asked for another member of staff who just told me "bad luck". That was it. No apologies, no nothing, never mind my daughter was quite distressed at that point already.
So, yes, they are cheap. And yes, they provide a cheap service.
