change their rules when it suits them and s-d the customer, take it or lump it
General Comments
I have read here on the reviews that BMI allows 20 kilos per person just as I and other passengers assumed untill we were travelling back and saw chaos in the BMI que, EVERYBODY had to either take stuff out of their cases or pay extra because it is now 18 kgms, we were all baffled as to when this reduction happened, I had to pay £30.00 for luggage when I booked the flight and was so sure it was 20kgms, beware, they also take advantage that people cannot take their own beverages on board, the cost of drinks are disgusting, shame on BMI
