We chose TalkTalk mostly because of the free broadband offer, along with the promise of free/cheap overseas phone calls as we have many relatives who live in the states and Australia.
As far as I remember it started out okay when we had no wireless router etc, but now the connection is as unreliable as Artur Boruc.
The connection drops literally every 30 seconds and I have had to write this review twice as, ironically, it just dropped just now.
Also, sometimes our router forgets our TT password and we have to go rummaging in drawers to find it. Twice we have phoned TT up and it has taken forever to get through to the right person who can actually give you the information that you want.
