The girl who is trying to sort my problem out has been nothing but helpful and apologetic.

General Comments

I had ordered a laptop with mobile broadband with the Carphone warehouse a week and a half ago. After going through the whole process of the ID, picking the thing up etc, which took about 35 mins in all?! I then got it home to find the mobile broadband did not work. It is now the Wednesday of the following week and this is still not working. Apparently the Carphone warehouse in their wisdom cancelled my order despite me having collected the items in person and so my modem does not work. They have their IT department working on it which I was told would take 2 to 3 days, 10 days later I still have nothing. Would not use this company again for anything.
