Good Points

Quick to answer, they'll ring you back, friendly. Inspire trust and confidence -they really appear to want to do their best for the customer.


Bad Points

There was a charge for mid term changes from them and the insurer although this probably applies across the board.


General Comments

I only received a quote but what a breathe of fresh air compared to other insurers. Curteous, professional and extremely helpful . H&R Motorcycle Insurance took time to get the the best quote and went out of their way to ensure every question was answered thoroughly.
