Absolutely rubbish company, only use them as an absolute last option. I read their reviews on here and stupidly ignored them.
They really are as terrible as people make them out to be.

I purchased, well attempted to, a laptop from Laptops Direct. I contacted them just minutes before i ordered to make sure it was in stock, they informed me they had over 20 available to buy.

I place the order, the money leaves my bank, and 4 hours later there's suddenly no laptops in stock and I'd have to wait.

If they pull a fast one on you, just cancel the transaction from your bank or it will take 30 days.
