1. On-camera flash is a bit weedy, but it's better than nothing where you need some fill.
2. Battery is fiddly to remove for charging, but that's a side-effect of the weathersealing necessity
General Comments
Coming from an older Canon dSLR, the change to Pentax K10D's way of doing things was slightly awkward, but the advantages rapidly outweighed the disadvantages. 1. In-body Image Stabilisation. 2. Ability to use all legacy PK lenses, nearly all M42 and many others. 3. Weather sealing is a plus.
