General Comments
Poor service start to finish.I had broadband landline and 2 mobiles with Talk Talk.I dont have any now .When I wanted to end my service with them at the end of my contract they tried to take money out of my bank account that wasnt owed to them.I paid my final bill by cheque .They told me I hadnt paid eventhough they had cashed the cheque.It took me 6 months of e-mails daily to sort this.When I ended my contract I wrote to them and e-mailed them.They didnt cancel it.The following month I rang to see why they hadnt cancelled my contract they said I hadnt cancelled by phone.There was nothing in the contract to say this is how it was done and I sent them a copy of my contract to ask them were it said I had to phone them.They didnt reply
