My sister, mother and myself booked a holiday with Cosmos last year. We paid ful price for each of us and requested a large room with 3 beds in it. For almost the whole duration of the holiday, we were put in a small room with 3 beds squashed in, sometimes sleeping with my head in the space of the dressing table, and having to take turns to get out of bed due to the fact there was no room for all of us to get up at the same time even though we were assured by Cosmos at time of booking we would have a large room at all times. When we complained to the rep we were told we were lucky to have a clean room!
