General Comments
Well I ordered a 72" Homecraft vanity at a great price with two faucets. Well the vanity was delivered fine by a delivery company, but I was told that the faucets would be delivered by US mail. That was around April 4th. The first problem I had was getting a sales receipt so that I could get reimbursed for the purchase. That took me every bit of about three weeks to get it after several promises of "I will e-mail it to you" or " I will fax it in a few minutes". Now here it is May 5th, and I am still waitng on faucets after making several calls and a promise of "I will put another set in the mail right away and you should have it by Thursday". Well Thursday has never come. They have recently changed to a voice mail system, and you leave several messages but no one calls.
