Bad Points

Bed bugs and bad customer service


General Comments

I recently stayed at a Travelodge in Cringleford, Norwich. The next morning I had two bites on my legs and my sister (staying in another room) also had bites on her back.

I have written to Travelodge twice about the incident but they say there there are no bugs in the hotel. However, they cannot explain to me how both myself and my sister got bites
