Good Points

"Shared driver" status on multicar policy - great for us - if anything goes wrong with one car, we don't get penalised for one person driving the other car too much
Cheap price
Ease of changing vehicles on the policy


Bad Points

My experience of extortionate 3rd party claims.
You have to use the same credit card for renewal.
Some of the call centre staff are Asian and difficult to understand at times.


General Comments

I have been with Admiral since I passed my test in March 2008. I have not had any major problems. My only problem was when I had a claim made against me for causing minor paintwork damage to another car's bumper. Despite my protests at the extent of their claim, they allowed the other party to claim over £2200 for the damage caused, which in my opinion was ridiculousy extortionate. A new bumper could not have cost that much!
