General Comments

the complaints department for wickes uk is a complete waste of time. i was sold a kitchen and when i asked in store if that was the price i had to pay my one out and new one fitted, i was told yes. next thing i have a 650 quid bill in my hand for extra repairs. i did ask is that it when i brought the kitchin with fitting, and was told yes. i also beleive they say exactly what you want to hear and get your cash then the store salesman isnt intrested typical sales man. i work in the retail sector and o problem gets sorted to the customers satifaction even if it costs us money but wickes just dont care
