Time Warner Cable customer service is a nightmare and no one knows what they are doing. We had 14 people come over to our apt to fix the internet, it took about 7 months of phone calls and headaches before the problem was mostly resolved. We had to pay for the seven months of service, even though the internet wasn't working. My sister and I had to spend 2 hours talking to someone before they decided to give us only 3 months of it free. the problems continued... and they changed the bill from $40 a month to $70 without letting us know first. I will never use them again!!
