General Comments

I ordered over £150 worth of goods on the 18th April and it is now 5th May and the goods have still not been despatched. Hardly warrants the title Lingerie 'express' When I e-mailed they said they were out of stock (4 out of 5 items ordered). When I asked if it was normal policy not to state this at the ordering stage so I could choose something else or go elsewhere they said that the order confirmation stated they were out of stock. However this is not acceptable to me as they left me with no choice. They state 1-3 days delivery. My credit card was deducted immediately. Poor service in my opinion.
