Good Points

We dined in the Britannia Restaurant and the food was always exceptionally both in variety and quality. The waiter and waiting staff were very friendly and service was good.


Bad Points

We did find sleeping difficult for some of the time particularly when the sea was rough and it was difficult to shut out the background engine noise which always appeared to be louder at night.


General Comments

This Cunard was our first time on a cruise of any kind and as the offer on the cabins was so good we decided to take a chance. Our two daughters aged 23 and 17 also travelled with us and there was general concern that we would get bored on the 6 night transatlantic trip. This proved not to be a problem at all and the time passed very easily. In spite of our difference in ages our daughters were impressed as much as we were.
