General Comments

My boyfriend arranged for myself and ten other friends to go to London for my birthday. The limo from EASY LIMOS Hanger Lane arrived one hour late, when we specifically asked if it could arrive on time as it meant that we were late for the club and had to pay an extra £7 each to get in. To make matters even worse, the limo turned up in the wrong colour! My boyfriend ordered me a white limo, the limo that turned up was black with flame details and rims. I was horrified, as this looked like something out of 'Pimp My Ride'. There were also no balloons in the limo, which was very disappointing as they were ordered and it was my birthday. When we rang up to complain the following Monday, we were told to send an email. After three days we did not hear anything, so we emailed them again. After waiting a week, I rang up the company and spoke to a 'supervisor' who was very rude and aggressive down the phone. He refused to give us any compensation and only offered a 10% discount, which was very insulting as we will not be using this service again. Easy Limos ruined my birthday, when you pay alot of money for things, you expect to get what you pay for.
