Authentic product arrived in excellent condition. Printing in official lettering/font. Hero jersey came with patches, even though it was not mentioned in the description. They quickly responded to and dealt with billing issues. They DO in fact ship to PO Boxes in the US (although they say they do not).

Product descriptions were not accurate (a positive in my case lol). Shipping info had some inconsistencies. They can overcharge you if you do not review your transactions (make sure you double check your bill statements and inform them of your problem!)

I really wanted to buy a Chelsea FC home shirt, but I just never managed to buy one from the official US megastore... simply because the shirts were too costly. I heard that Kitbag was a good merchant, albeit a few flaws. So I decided to give Kitbag a try.

They had a sale on certain 08/09 hero jerseys, so I chose to buy a LS Chelsea home shirt with Joe Cole printing for $30; including shipping, my shirt cost me $42 (half of what it would cost me to buy it from elsewhere). After I had placed my order and paid, I had discovered that they "do not ship to PO Boxes", which worried me a bit. I later checked my transactions and was billed twice for my order, so I sent an email to Kitbag's customer service requesting to eliminate the second charge. The next day, a Kitbag representative replied and told me that everything had been sorted out and that my shirt would be shipped as planned.

Lo and behold, I received my purchase nine days after placing my order (thanks to the speed/reliability of Royal Mail shipping; I live in LA, for reference). The shirt was in perfect condition with the official Premier League printing AND patches (a welcome surprise!). I strongly recommend buying from Kitbag, especially if what you want is on sale. *Take advantage of what you can get in one shipment, considering the shipping is about $12 internationally. Don't just buy,say, a mug for $3, because it'll cost you $15 total. Unless you absolutely need your order fast, stick with standard shipping. Overall, I think Kitbag is a great merchant; they have a good selection of shirts and fan gear at good prices, despite a few processing issues.
