General Comments
my broadband connection with Virgin worked fine until earlier this year I was given an upgrade to the speed which was activated automatically. Since then I am lucky to get 5 minutes of proper responses before it all goes to sleep. Restarting my computer is the only way to get another few minutes of responses. The help desk was a waste of time, blaming anything but Virgin. Pleading to be allowed to go back to the previous "slower" speed did not get any sympathy either. YUK YUK YUK (means that I am downright sick of their service)
