-must be able to code, unlilke certain adobe programs.
General Comments
This is some of the best freeware that you can come across. Chami.com HTML Kit is good for editing anything from xhtml, xml, php, and even javascript, did i mention that the color contrasts allow the user to visually edit the content subconciously.
not as visual as dreamweaver but for the money (none) its an awesome deal!
