Good Points

Good designs, but questionable quality of product.


Bad Points

BE WARNED - if you ever run into any problems with a Burberry product you are absolutely ON YOUR OWN. Don't even waste your time trying to go to the store because all they will give you is a 800 number for you to go figure it out and PAY to have a BROKEN PRODUCT fixed!


General Comments

Many of my female friends and relatives are loyal burberry clients and I have purchased a few items there myself. Usually, I get my sunglasses from Burberry as I like their style. However, a recent experience with poorly made sunglasses has absolutely convinced me to NEVER buy any items from them again and I will be avidly working to convince my friends and relatives to go elsewhere.

BE WARNED - if you ever run into any problems with a Burberry product you are absolutely ON YOUR OWN. Don't even waste your time trying to go to the store because all they will give you is a 800 number for you to go figure it out and PAY to have a BROKEN PRODUCT fixed!
