Judging from others experiences with this company it seems par for the course.
General Comments
Ordered an item on ebay from Hemplan in Gloucestershire who sent it on April 21st by ANC Courier Service for delivery to me in Belgium at a cost of 28 pounds UK. It is now May 3rd and it is still not delivered. Worst service I have ever experienced!
