Good Points

Left to view the cars on your own without been pounced on.
Well layed out and easy to find the type of car your after.
Good cars and peace of mind knownig they have been checked and serviced.
Friendly staff (Honest straight talking and very polite)
Great if you have kids too play area keeps them happy
Would definitely go back

General Comments

Was having trouble with my tired mondeo so i decided it was time to go. I visited a few car showrooms and was dived on by the sales men they were begging to sell me a car. I found this really uncomfortable, I then thought of the Car People so when we got there i was doing my best to stay away from the sales people. We then noticed where the family cars were and we had to walk past about 6 of them i thought here we go. But i was shocked when not one even bothered us we were left to look on our own and at our own pace. When i had seen a couple of cars i liked the most i approaced a sales man and i asked if i could have a look at them he was very polite he did not try and fill my head with jargon. They did not really do any sort of a discount but i can understand that with the price of their cars been so competetive we had a laugh and a joke. I then went to get my part ex valued and was shocked once again it was a fair price that i could not argue with. I decided to go for a Astra CDTI SRI 150BHP at only one year old and was half its original new list price. They would not really do much of deal The service was so relaxed. I picked the car up 2 days later and they spent a good amount of time explaining the car to me. I just did not expect this at all i have never bought a car in such a relaxed and friendly enviroment before. We had a coffee the kids played in the ball pool while we sorted the paperwork, what more can you ask for. The cars are in fantastic as new condition and are fully prepered and serviced for you when you collect. I do not usually do reviews but had to say something about this place as i think a lot of people will compare this place to others who are pushy, rude, expensive and are well renowned for giving you nothing for your px.
