Bad Points

Cannot contact the branch directly, have to go through phone banking which takes time and is expensive when calling from mobile phone.
Unsatisfactory resolution to problems with accessing internet banking.


General Comments

Very disappointed with internet banking, my partner and I both bank with Lloyds and have done for many years and have experineced frequent problems with internet banking. The latest is that neither of us can log on to any of our accounts, we are unable to transfer money between accounts and when we contacted Phone banking to do this we were informed that they could not do this for us, we would have to go into our branch. We have explained that we both work full time and we are unable to do this without taking time off work however this did not seem to matter and still no resolution offered. I will now be looking for a bank that can offer banking services that I need when I need them, such as reliable on line banking and a functional phone banking service.

    After many years of using internet banking with Lloyds I am now unable to log on to personal banking - no problems whatsoever found with my computer and no help from Lloyds.
