Bad Points

No more ordering of items in marks and spencer stores


General Comments

Great new! Marks and Spencer has now stopped customers ordering in store.
You can come back to the store to see if the item is on the shop floor/

Now you can only order on line or by telephone on a 08545 number. But if you don't have a land line it cost you a lot more on a mobile, and also you have to pay for deliver.
What has happened to customer services. There are many people that dont have internet and lost more that dont have credit cards or even debt cards.

In this time of the credit crunch and people have less money to spend and lots of people no longer having cards but paying by cash why as Marks and Spencer taken a backward step?
