Tesco DVD Rental has a slow turnaround and the priority system seems to work in reverse, the disks you do want don't get sent out, the disks lowest in priority seem to find their way to the front of the queue. Good response to reports of bad disks, unfortunately too many opportunities to find that out. Random and unreliable.
