General Comments

LAN airlines is one of the worst airlines I've ever been on. I've flown a total of 3 times to south america with this airlines because they are the only airline that offers non-stop service from LAX. The crew doesn't want to hear any complaints so be careful if you have a complaint. I've never experienced such bad customer service in an airline. From buying a ticket to flying it's the worst!
