Good Points

good ports like Valencia,Catania,Naples. Cheap alcohol in gift shop!!!


Bad Points

too expensive,not friendly staff,bad food,dirty cabin,no entertainment, expensive gift shops. You will need to pay for everything!


General Comments

We just came back from MSC Sinfonia cruise-such the wrong holiday choice this company.no good service at all nowhere,just pay pay pay for everything.Not worth it even to try the food-bad,no taste,no presentation-awful! Rooms were not clean,bedlinen,throw were with holes(all of it),bathroom was never cleaned,when we arrived all week the floor stayed dirty with black hair,I needed to clean myself,bed broke in the first time when I sat on it.It took them 3 days to fix it.it is boring cruise,no fun at all, no music in restaurants,nowhere in the day time you can enjoy yourself!!! Nothing to buy in the gift shops-too expensive,no quality products. I feel really bad -we didn't believe experience from others!
