none as both my Top Up TV boxes are not working and your customer services is not answering
General Comments
I have 2 Top Up TV boxes one just stop and turns itself off frequently and tells you the recording was corrupt and the other one frequently freezes and fails to records oh and at the moment they have both just turned themselves and will not reset so neither is working and cannot get a signal at all hopeless waste of money customer service is rubbish and always blames the signal in your house. I have had a TVengineer out and he says nothing wrong with my signal so glad I did not subscribe and only bought the machines to record programmes

Exactly my experience, though I never bothered dealing with customer service after seeing the number of other online reports (just do a search... eg for the Thompson box model code) showing this to be pointless.
