Decent tub. Like the look of the cedar trim, nick and all! Jets are nice and strong.
Bad Points
Difussers are loud unless you turn all the way before turning the jet on. The service that I am getting the Arctic Spas store from Edmonton Alberta is AWFUL.
General Comments
Looked at a lot of different tub builders and decided to pay a little extra and buy Arctic spas Summit. Tub showed up with nick out of the cedar trim and cover lifter did not fit because the way we positioned it next to our deck. Delivery guy said he would bring the lifter back and notify the company about the damaged trim. I would get an in store credit.
No one called to see how the delivery went. I have been in the store 3 times have called a few more times asking about the credit on my account and just get the same ol "we will look into it" and never hear back.

I found this review helpful because...I was thinking about buying a Arctic from the Edmonton dealer but will now rethink as I believe ongoing service on these things to be very important.
