I do like the clothes in Zara and the shoes, however, there were a particular pair of shoes that I wanted but they did not have my size, I asked if I could purchase them online and was told that Zara does not have an online store. I then asked if I could have the shoes ordered in, they couldn't do that. I then asked if they could have the shoes transferred from another store and that was not possible either. My local Zara is in Milton Keynes and the closest stores other than MK is either Cambridge or Watford. Why should I travel up and down the country just to get one item?
