None. It is a standard scanner with 600x600 hardware resolution and rather big size. Probably not sold anymore; was 100$ in the beginning, and I got it for 75$ 5 month ago.
-Parallel port, no USB or SCSI
-Very bad installation routines, it's like hell.
-Bad software
The driver installation has broken many times, I nearly gave up. I have much experience setting up computers, and this device has been my worst case yet.
Scanning is very slow, not because of the hardware but the terrible software. I have a 6 years old Mustek scanner that easily outperforms the HP. Besides, it temporary takes up twice the RAM the scanned picture has, and if you use the software wrapped inside a paint application like PaintShop, it is now 3 times the RAM size. Again my Mustek scanner has far superior performance.
This is the worst piece of hardware I have ever seen.
