Aegean Air looks like a very well operated airline, but whenever o problem of any kind occurs (which is common), then the experience becomes extremely unsatisfactory. For example, while their partner airline has a delay and you use the next flight they ask you to buy a new ticket despite the fact that their plane is empty and they do not provide service for the flight you had to buy a ticket with another airline. (this happened 2 months ago).I am flying all over the world with all different airlines and this is never the case. Most airlines try to accommodate passengers and help if problems happen; they try just to earn money with a very rude and inappropriate way. Another example is this: I was travelling from US to Crete and as you know they do not have transatlantic service. They asked me in Milan to pay 11Euro per kg as their bag allowance is 20kg and only one baggage. When I complained and mentioned that " you penalize me because I support a greek airline during my trip from US, they said that as I had two tickets, they do not have any other option. This was the first time I received this behavior.
