Dangerous dogs in the club, unfinished facilities! Also noticed dogs in brand new vans - clearly states NO DOGS in brochure & webpage
General Comments
Appalling! Just come back from Seaview Holiday Village a weeks stay & would never go back. They have upgraded in places, which looks great but most is unfinished! Caravan was clean, but no extras which you get on most parks; asked for a bath mat was told housekeeper would come up - never saw anyone. Seems it hasn't improved on customer service at all; receptionist rude! Entertainer excellent - well done & bar manager too. Dogs in the club; was disgusted with that ruling!
