See above!...Shoddy workmanship.


General Comments

We bought our home in October 2008 and have had nothing but problems since,,,Would NEVER purchase another David Wilson home...Ceilings need refitting as floors creak and crack,paint flaking off outside porch,brickwork in porch coming away,shoddy paintwork inside,don't try cleaning/wiping a wall as the paint comes off along with the dirt,floor badly cemented in the hall-needs redoing-not small jobs....Thought the whole point of a new home was less work-not more.
