General Comments

I had owned a low cost Hinari water filter cooler for some years and decided to move up to the very stylish Brita Aqua Fountain. Compared to the £29.95 I paid for the Hinari, the Brita Aqua Fountain was very expensive.
Having used the Brita Aqua Fountain for several months I must say that I am quite disappointed with it. The unit is in a cool spot in the kitchen but the motor runs quite considerably. The blue light looks nice but this cannot be turned off over night unless the unit switched off. The water dispenser is very fickle, ranging from a dribble to at best only half the flow that the Hinari gave. But the most annoying feature is that when the lid is opened to fill the machine, all of the water that has condensed in the lid is channelled down each side of the unit and on to the work surface.
