Bad Points
Call center staff couldn't care less. They say they will reply by email within 2 hours of phoning but never do. Emails say answered within 48 hours but no replies.
General Comments
I ordered large amount of cat food on internet from Pets At Home, delivery 4 days. A week later no sign of order so phoned they said would sort it. Phoned again 2 days later told order lost. Have had to re order, told will get refund. No confirmation on Email, have not had any replies to my Emails.
