General Comments

Poor quality product at Karens Cards, unprofessional service and still no sign of supposed refund (via cheque). Am having to reclaim the money through my bank. Ordered Save the Date cards, which arrived with incorrect spelling of my partners name. Contacted them and agreed to send them back for a replacement. Replacement arrived with some wording missing, and text wasn't straight. Contacted them and they agreed to refund the money. Cards sent Special Delivery - 3 weeks later still no sign of refund. Please avoid - not worth the stress and hassle.
