General Comments

Two of my friends and i are training for a charity mountain climb next march so we decided to order some pieces of gym equipment from UK Sports Imports. So far, 18 days after ordering 3 cross trainers and rowing machines, we have still not received them. I have emailed them numerous amounts of times asking to cancel my order, however, each time, i have had no reply. I also rang them in an attempt to cancel my order but, after waiting 15 minutes on the phone, they hung up as soon as i said that i wished to cancel my order. I couldn't believe this and when i tried to call back they would never answer.
