Bad Points

Truck could have been fixed 10 days ago, now it still sits until I order the part from a reputable company.


General Comments

Received my Parts Train order number by email immediately. Stating I would not be charged until shipped, and I would get shipping info within 48 hours. It has now been 10 full days, and it still has not shipped. Seven days ago (A Saturday) they said sorry they never emailed me any info, but it was right there ready to ship on monday. Friday night after not receiving it, they told me they still have not shipped it, and it should get shipped next week. Asked for my money back, and that will take a week also (They lied and took my money). When I type in my order confirmation number the site states, no record of order, re-enter your number.
