Bad Points

Customer service at this time. Nolitour is the same company and it is the same situation.


General Comments

Nothing good to say about a company that is taking advantage of paid customer that have had their trips to Mexico cancelled due to the so-called epidemic. Air Transat ar asking for the difference even if you chose the same hotel at a later date and it is more money at that time. Royal Decameron in Pv would cost us 250 more each to go 1 day after our planned departure which was cancelled.
To change destinations ie: Cuba it would cost us 300 each for a hotel with less stars.
