I am on my 4th set of Stearns and Foster mattresses that have to be replaced. They all have sagged. Luckily, Haverty's replaced one set and Robb and Stuckey are replacing the others. But all sets have been under 5 years old and the companies I bought them from have replaced them and I didn't have to go directly to Stearns and Foster. After 5 years, you have to deal directly with SandF and that would be a real headache. After I get these two sets replaced I will never buy Stearns & Foster again. They have a huge problem....
