Extremely poor Customer Services - no customer communication


General Comments

No customer liasion - froze our account without notice although we had been using ING Direct Internet Banking for 4 years with substantial funds lodged with them. Unable to speak to someone in authority just some jobsworth in a call centre - We are pensioners who have always treated people with respect and would like to be treated the same. We have had to take out a bank loan to cover a purchase as we are being denied access to our savings. We have contacted the Banking Ombudsman and lodged a complaint re ING's tactics .
