convenient, quick delivery, great for purchasing birthday, anniversary and christmas presents well in advance of the required date. unusual and unique designs, not mass produced but hand finished. Will never compare to bond street, or indeed bond street prices; pound for pound I think the jewellery is good value.

delay in refunding money on an item returned. Disappointed with a paraiba tourmeline ring, the stone was not set "square" and the finish was not as anticipated for the price.This is the only negative comment I have to make.

have made many purchases from Gems TV, the majority of which I have retained. I am generally satisfied with the quality of the items and quite surprised by the high standard of the finish on some of the lower priced pieces. I shop discriminately and try and pick up the "bargains" first thing in the morning before leaving for work. I bought a large silver cross, edged with gold and filled with amethysts, peridot, garnets, topaz etc. which arrived today - it looks far more expensive than the price I paid.
