Unhelpful, irrresponsible, non-existent customer service
General Comments
You pay SMS extra for 'special' delivery of passport or tickets. Then they go missing.
When you query this the answer is they don't require a signature if they feel the property is safe.
Therefore you have no proof it was delivered, other than the couriers. Who lets face it could say anything!!
