None, no cheaper than others on the market and dreadful to deal with.


General Comments

As previous writer, I had the misfortune to have to change my car, at which point I was hammered with various charges and fees and an equivalent yearly insurance fee double what their own web site and other companies were offering. I asked about cancelling the policy instead, and was told that the exact charge for cancelling the policy was such that, surprise, there would be no refund!

Am very glad I never had to make a claim. Will never use them again and would advise everyone to avoid Dial Direct Car Insurance.
