Horribly expensive considering they removed most of the facilities had joined to use
General Comments
Do not join the David Lloyd Leisure Health Club.
They were keen to sell the "family gym" to me. So I joined and a month later they removed the services that were useful for my children, saying it was a change of timetable. They still expected me to continue my contract, although their removal of the children's clubs meant that I could not use the gym.
As for trying to resolve this:
They took notice of any of my queries, I wrote to them and only got a response to the second letter after a number of months. I have had to resort to using trading standards.
