Serre Chevalier is beautiful and we are going again next year but we will never book with Crystal again. The transfer rep was excellent but he couldnt make up for the other 3 people who were terrible.

Explain in comments - also they have dealt with my complaint poorly as well.
General Comments
We booked with First Choice for a Crystal ski hol (same company). Stayed in Chalet Asters in Serre Chevalier. Chalet staff were horrendous - rude, unpuncutual to prepare our breakfast, incapable of preparing breakfast, kept an unhygienic kitchen and badly kept food - ie chicken thawing on the side in the sun!!
