Good Points

fast, very light,chunky tires, good brakes


General Comments

nice handling bike, very quick for a 125cc,good brakes.
but all these good point's are cancelled out by the bad.
not a day went by without my aprilia giving me a new problem to sort out- before people shout at me for not looking after her i ran her on full symthetic oil,she had a full rebuild when i brought her, and was never ragged because my mate owned her.
list of the problems included- the ignition barrel packing in (i had to hot wire her to get her home), multiple electrical fault's, faulty clocks, big end bearing went,speedo cable.

if you want a very fast 125cc that is everyday useable it does'nt exist. honda's nsr 125cc is slightly slower than the aprilia but without the fault's (although not bulletproof like the rest of honda's range simply cos it's a 2 stoker and 2 stroker's are often abused), for your 125cc bike just get a 4 stroker and pass your test. good 125cc 4 stroker's are honda cg, xr, cbr. yamaha's ybr, xt, wr, yzr.
